Not necessarily. Living here gives you useful knowledge of the area and of how you actually want to live. What buyer representation adds is an independent view of the property and the purchase itself. That may mean helping you search more effectively, assessing value and trade-offs, negotiating from your side and keeping the different parts of the purchase connected. If we do not think we can add enough value to justify our involvement, we will tell you.
Not always. Knowing the area is one part of the search. You may still want someone to help refine the brief, access the wider market, assess properties independently and represent you through the purchase. Or you may prefer to search yourself and bring us in once you have found the property. In that case, our Negotiation & Purchase Support service may be a better fit.
Yes. You may want to change area, buy something larger or smaller, move closer to family or simply find a property that suits your life better now. We can help you reassess what you need from the next property, search for it and represent you through the purchase. If you also need advice around the property you are selling, we can separately discuss whether our Seller Advisory service is appropriate.
Yes. If the property is already identified, you may not need Full Buyer Representation. Our Negotiation & Purchase Support service is designed for buyers who want independent help assessing the property, understanding the pricing context, shaping the offer, negotiating and supporting the purchase through the stages that follow.
