No. Understanding where to focus is often part of the work we do together. You do not need to arrive with a final location or a perfect property brief. We can start with what you already know about the life you want and work from there.
No. These require specialist advice. We focus on the property search and purchase, but we can introduce relevant professionals where needed and work alongside the advisers you already have.
Sometimes renting first is useful, particularly if you want more time to understand an area before committing. But it is not automatically the right route for everyone. It depends on how well you know Portugal, how clear your priorities are and how ready you feel to make a purchase.
Yes. Your lawyer remains responsible for legal advice and legal due diligence. We work alongside them and the other professionals involved while representing your interests across the wider purchase.
