Conduct the negotiations Once we have found the property you wish to purchase, we will act as your advisor and negotiator and will put together a compelling offer to secure it for you.

Manage the deal
This is the most important part of the process but often overlooked. There is a lot of work to coordinate between multiple parties. Managing the communications between the sellers, the lawyers, the mortgage broker/banks, the surveyor and yourself is time consuming. In our line of work we need to keep everyone informed and keep the deal moving, no news is not good news. Sales can fall through at this stage if one party or the other becomes frustrated with the lack of progress or communication. We manage the whole process to ensure a smooth transaction.
